NYA-GYIDIE 1X Drill Well on Paper (DWoP) – Preparing for Mid – October Spud

As preparations advance towards the planned mid-October 2026 spud for the Nya-Gyidie 1X well in the Tano Basin, offshore Ghana, the Planet One project team is gearing up for the upcoming Drill Well on Paper (DWoP) exercise.

The DWoP will bring together an experienced multidisciplinary teamand specialistservice providers to safely and efficiently walk through the planned well programmefromspud to TD, including but not limited to the well design & construction overview, rigspecifications, well data acquisition, logistics set up, well control procedures, operational
interfaces, key decision points and contingency plans under realistic operating scenarios.

The exercise is an important part of our well delivery and readiness assurance process, helping to align the team and all partners (GOIL Upstream Ltd., GNPC and PetroleumCommission), identify potential operational challenges and ensure that appropriatemitigations are in place ahead of execution.

With the focus firmly on safe, efficient and well-coordinated operations, the Planet Oneteam looks forward to a successful DWoP as we progress towards the October spud.
