Community Engagement
Offshore blocks do not exist in the ocean alone, they co-exist with the fishing communities, coastal families, and local economies of the Region.
We engage these communities early, before operations begin. Before we need to. A structured community liaison programme is built into the operations plan. Ongoing consultations support us to align project timing, community expectations, and shared outcomes.
A transparent grievance mechanism is accessible at every stage of operations.
Education & Skills Development
We treat education as infrastructure.
A decade of TVET modernisation, The Sanjeev Mansotra Foundation extends into schools, skills centres, health camps, and clean water access across Ghana, Tanzania and beyond.
The oil and gas programme sits within that philosophy — creating employment, training engineers, and ultimately aiming to generate government revenue that will fund healthcare, education, and infrastructure on a national scale.
The sectors reinforce each other. That is the Planet One model.
