Risk Management
We build rigorous processes around inherent risks.
Our ESG Stance
Compliance and responsibility are our standards.
Environment
Environmental stewardship is a design principle.
The Environmental Protection Act 2025 defines our responsibilities towards ESG. The Environmental Impact Assessment is mandatory before any drilling; we treat it seriously and not as a procedural step. We apply Ghana EPA regulations and international HSE standards for deepwater operations.
Our ESG commitments are embedded in the JOA itself. PlanetOne Group’s work across the energy sector means we understand responsible energy development from multiple directions.
Social
Local service providers are our preference.
PlanetOne adopts a proactive approach to fostering positive relationships with local communities by contributing to education, health and environmental projects.
The Sanjeev Mansotra Foundation extends our social commitment further, into schools, health camps, and clean water access across Ghana and beyond.
Governance
We report proactively. Not reactively.
Strong governance is crucial for business efficiency, risk management, regulatory compliance, and investor confidence.
PlanetOne’s activities in Ghana are regulated by a framework of policies involving Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Commission, GNPC. Parliamentary ratification is given to every trip we do.
PlanetOne adheres to Ghana’s National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP), which is consistent with group standards across all 16 operating countries.
